Job Description / Responsibility
- The individual is primarily responsible for smooth running of Credit Card Customer Services in City Bank branches and Amex Centers.
- Provide smooth customer services.
- Collect and maintain documents of card members properly.
- Maintain liaison with relevant internal departments.
- 4 Years of Graduation in any discipline (preferably in business) from reputed university.
- 1 year of banking experience is preferable, but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, & people management skills
- Ability to handle complex situation
- Good command over English language
- Target oriented
- Multi tasking ability
- Good at MS Office.
